Monthly Subscription

Choose the tier that matches your practice

Pricing is based on the number of operatories. In addition to operatory rooms, reception areas, hallways, bathrooms, lunch/staff rooms, and common areas are all included at no additional charge.

What the subscription includes

  • Labour and travel within participating practice regions
  • Up to 5 service calls per month per clinic (avg. 2 hrs per visit)
  • Coverage for operatories, reception, hallways, bathrooms, staff rooms, and common areas
  • Standard consumables (screws, anchors, minor caulking, patch compound)
  • Materials and replacement parts are billed separately at cost

Supplemental labour rates

If more than five service calls are required in a given month, the following labour-only rates apply for additional work.

Plumbing $88/hr
Electrical $88/hr
HVAC $88/hr
Medical Equipment Install Support $88/hr
General Facility Repairs $58/hr
Blended Average ≈$82/hr
Each service call covers travel, on-site assessment, and repair time, averaging 2 hours per visit. Subscribers receive 10 flexible service hours per month, which can be used across any maintenance category as needed.
