Greenstone Renovation partnered with Beach Road Dental in Innisfil to carry out a strategic renovation project aimed at modernising the clinic’s interior while ensuring full compliance with dental construction standards.

The scope included the design and construction of a dedicated panoramic X-ray (PAN) room, featuring lead-lined walls and electrical upgrades to support advanced radiographic equipment. This space was built to meet all radiation safety protocols while maintaining aesthetic continuity with the rest of the clinic.

In addition to the PAN room, our team completed a full clinic flooring upgrade, replacing outdated surfaces with hygienic, slip-resistant, IPAC-compliant flooring across treatment zones and common areas. A full interior repaint brought a clean, refreshed look that supports a calming, patient-friendly environment.

The renovation was delivered with minimal disruption, and careful scheduling allowed the clinic to remain operational throughout.
